Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual concepts for digital/print campaigns, branding, and UI/UX assets
- Lead design sprints and present concepts to C-suite stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals
- Manage design projects from ideation to final delivery
- Stay current with design trends and tools through continuous learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional graphic design experience with portfolio demonstrating brand design excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong typography skills and understanding of visual hierarchy principles
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch)
- Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives
- Proven project management skills with attention to deadlines
