Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery, including branding campaigns, digital assets, and print materials
- Develop innovative visual solutions that align with brand guidelines while breaking new creative ground
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and refine based on actionable feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design system library for scalable brand implementation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing a plus
