Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Develop innovative visual assets for digital campaigns, product packaging, and brand identity systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven design solutions that enhance user engagement
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Conduct competitive design audits and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Manage design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite while maintaining version control
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms with responsive design principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
