Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact visual assets including brand identities, digital campaigns, and print collateral
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops with stakeholders across marketing, product, and executive teams
- Maintain and evolve brand design systems ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless user journeys and interface designs
- Present design concepts to clients with strategic rationale and defend creative decisions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the creative landscape
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand and digital work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Demonstrated experience with motion graphics and basic video editing (After Effects/ Premiere)
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy principles
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Experience working in agile environments with Jira/Asana for project management
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
