We are looking for an expert storyteller who masters the balance between conceptual creativity and pixel-perfect execution.
You will work on high-impact branding projects, digital campaigns, and editorial design for a diverse roster of clients. If you have an obsession for typography, grid systems, and modern design trends, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative concepts from initial brainstorming through final production.
- Develop cohesive visual identities, logos, and brand guidelines for enterprise-level clients.
- Design engaging digital collateral for social media, web interfaces, and email marketing.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure visual consistency.
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our studio's creative culture.
- Stay ahead of design industry trends to keep our output innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a creative agency setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout design, and typography.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
