Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital assets
- Lead design sprints and mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure visual consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback iteratively
- Conduct market research to identify emerging design trends and competitive landscapes
- Optimize designs for accessibility and cross-platform responsiveness
- Maintain and evolve our design system library for brand consistency
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and digital work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Experience leading design projects from concept to final delivery
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design frameworks
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
