Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact visual concepts for digital campaigns, brand identities, and print materials
- Lead end-to-end design projects from ideation to final deliverable
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business objectives
- Maintain and evolve brand design systems across multiple touchpoints
- Create user-centered designs for web, mobile, and experiential media
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative studio culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven ability to create cohesive brand identities and design systems
- Experience with motion graphics and interactive design (Figma, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
