Responsibilities
- Develop brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web/mobile interfaces
- Manage design systems and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaign visuals
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Present concepts to clients and stakeholders with clear rationale
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with portfolio showcasing brand design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Strong typography and layout skills with attention to detail
- Experience with design systems and component-based workflows
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for collaborative design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
