Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact visual designs for brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital interfaces, and print collateral
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops to ideate solutions with product and marketing teams
- Create pixel-perfect assets optimized for web, mobile, and print production
- Maintain and evolve brand design systems ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital design, and print work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition principles
- Experience designing for responsive web interfaces and mobile applications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Experience with motion design and basic video editing is a plus
