Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets, including logos, marketing collateral, and digital advertisements.
- Lead the visual identity process, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints and media.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and art directors to produce cohesive, on-brand campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers to foster team growth.
- Maintain and organize the creative asset library for efficient workflow management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong, professional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of branding, print, and digital design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to translate client briefs into creative, innovative concepts that drive business results.
