Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final production

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams on interface design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years professional graphic design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and digital design
- Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Experience with motion graphics and animation a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
