Responsibilities
- Develop brand identities and visual systems for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead design sprints for digital campaigns and product launches
- Create motion graphics and interactive prototypes for web/mobile
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill workshops
- Collaborate with UX researchers to implement data-driven design decisions
- Present concepts to C-suite stakeholders with strategic rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional graphic design with 3+ in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Portfolio demonstrating brand, print, and digital design excellence
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with Figma/Sketch for collaborative design systems
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
