Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive visual systems and brand guidelines across digital platforms
- Create compelling graphic assets for web, mobile, print, and social media campaigns
- Lead design sprints and collaborate with UX/UI teams on product interfaces
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with design trends and tools through continuous learning

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects, Figma)
