Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative graphic designs for digital campaigns, print materials, and brand collateral
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into compelling visual solutions
- Create and maintain brand guidelines ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Lead design projects from concept to completion, including mood boards, wireframes, and final deliverables
- Conduct design critiques and provide constructive feedback to junior designers
- Stay current with design trends and technologies to maintain competitive edge
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with branding, UI/UX design, and motion graphics preferred
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
