Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and production of high-impact visual assets across digital and print media.
- Develop cohesive brand identities, style guides, and visual systems for diverse client portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to ensure design consistency and user-centric aesthetics.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of high-quality creative output and professional growth.
- Present design strategies and conceptual directions to key stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep our studio at the forefront of design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a high-growth agency environment.
- An exceptional portfolio showcasing mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of production processes for both digital display and professional printing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
