Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to final deliverables across digital and print media
- Develop compelling brand identities, marketing collateral, and UI/UX assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Maintain and evolve brand design systems for enterprise clients
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with branding, packaging, and digital campaign design
- Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive visual solutions
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field preferred
