Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated brand identities, logos, and design systems for global clients.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to translate complex client briefs into visual storytelling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, web development, and content teams.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to ensure design excellence.
- Manage end-to-end production of digital assets, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and media platforms.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and emerging visual technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an agency environment with a robust portfolio of work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Experience with motion design or Figma prototyping is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
