Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership: Take ownership of the visual identity for key client accounts, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all touchpoints.
- Design Execution: Create high-fidelity visual assets, including logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and print layouts.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback during creative reviews to foster team growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to translate business goals into compelling visual narratives.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce professional-grade work.
Qualifications
- Portfolio: A robust, professional portfolio showcasing a range of projects, with a strong emphasis on branding and typography.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or creative studio environment.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; proficiency in Figma or Sketch is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to present concepts clearly to stakeholders.
