Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for new product features, from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop and maintain scalable Design Systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and drive data-informed design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the design team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, preferably within a tech or creative agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma with a strong command of prototyping and design system tools.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a history of solving complex design problems with clean, modern aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive web design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
