Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database queries and API performance to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to streamline the deployment process.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and a deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong experience with backend technologies, RESTful APIs, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
