Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and product, to define data requirements.
- Write highly optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from our cloud data warehouse.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Monitor data quality and implement automated validation processes to ensure accuracy.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems.
- Strong programming experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data to non-technical audiences.
