Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau or Looker to monitor core business KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline integrity and warehouse architecture.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, executive-level presentations and reports.
- Design and evaluate A/B experiments to optimize user acquisition and retention metrics.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for SQL performance and statistical modeling.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Proven ability to create interactive data visualizations using modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and probability theory.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS, GCP, or Snowflake).
