Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to transform requirements into feature-rich web experiences.
- Optimize front-end components for maximum performance across all web-enabled devices.
- Implement secure, reliable, and RESTful APIs to power client-side interactions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Debug and resolve complex production-level performance bottlenecks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.
- Solid understanding of server-side technologies, preferably Node.js or Go.
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
- Proficiency with modern build tools, CI/CD workflows, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
