Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Lead complex data mining projects using Python, R, and SQL to extract actionable insights
- Develop statistical models and A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Translate technical findings into compelling visualizations and stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data governance and ethics
- Architect cloud-based data solutions leveraging AWS/GCP services
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science and ML deployment
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Proven track record of building production-grade ML models at scale
- Strong statistical foundation with Bayesian inference and experimental design
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Redshift)
- Demonstrable ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
