Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models for natural language processing and predictive analysis.
- Data Strategy: Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to model evaluation and monitoring.
- Production Engineering: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to ensure models are robust, reproducible, and deployed efficiently to production environments.
- Business Intelligence: Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and present findings to executive stakeholders.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate the latest academic advancements into our proprietary product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or a related quantitative role.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL. Experience with C++ or Java is a plus.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and cross-functional teams.
