What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).
- Architect scalable database solutions (PostgreSQL/MongoDB) and optimize query performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for coding standards, security, and testing.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployment cycles.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting technical interviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
