The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring that our products are not only visually stunning but technically robust and fast. You will lead the technical direction of key features and mentor the next generation of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React and Node.js).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across various devices and networks.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, design, implementation, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
