Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability by implementing best practices and performance monitoring.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of software engineering.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to support dynamic content delivery.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to WCAG accessibility guidelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
- Deep understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience with modern CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and utility-first frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
