Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with strict deadlines
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Manage financial reporting for executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Direct accounts payable/receivable operations and cash management
- Drive process automation and system implementation projects
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA required)
- 8+ years in progressive accounting roles including 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multinational tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems
- Proven experience with financial modeling and data analytics tools
- Strong project management skills with complex implementation experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
