Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting for high-volume portfolios
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control framework development
- Drive process optimization through advanced ERP system implementations (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage cross-functional financial audits and stakeholder communications
- Develop strategic financial models for M&A transactions and capital allocation
- Mentor junior accounting professionals through structured development programs
- Collaborate with C-suite on financial strategy and KPI optimization
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in complex GAAP/IFRS compliance and SEC reporting
- Proven track record in financial system migrations and automation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP platforms
- Experience managing multi-state tax compliance and audits
- Strong leadership background with 3+ years in team management
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CMA/CIA designation highly desirable
