Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Manage team of 5+ accounting professionals through performance coaching
- Analyze financial data to drive business decisions and optimize capital allocation
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive digital transformation of accounting systems (ERP implementation)
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and board presentations
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in public accounting/finance
- Expertise in SEC reporting and international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional finance teams
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Oracle and Microsoft BI tools
- Experience in M&A accounting due diligence and integration
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making record
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA preferred
