Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with reconciliations across 15+ GL accounts
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage tax compliance filings and support external audit engagements
- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary financial modeling tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA certification required
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in complex consolidations and intercompany transactions
- Experience with SEC filings and multinational taxation principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in financial reporting
