Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in finance/controller roles
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience in financial services or investment management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred
