Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with multi-currency transactions
- Conduct internal audits and implement SOX controls for client portfolios
- Develop financial models for M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining accuracy in high-volume reporting
- Collaborate with tax teams on deferred tax calculations and compliance
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 5+ years public accounting experience
- Expertise in SAP Oracle financial modules and Excel advanced functions
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements (10-K/Q filings)
- Experience with multinational tax compliance (US/EU/Asia)
- Proven track record in process improvement and automation
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
