Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting functions including G/L, AP/AR, and payroll.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes with high precision.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Manage external audits and maintain relationships with banking partners and tax authorities.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to the executive leadership team to support decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and build a high-performing team of junior accounting staff.
- Oversee cash flow management and liquidity forecasting for multiple business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or audit.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and current tax compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and scaling financial operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
