Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial accounting operations including month-end/quarterly close processes
- Lead GAAP-compliant reporting for SEC filings and investor communications
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Partner with Investment Committee on capital allocation and portfolio performance analysis
- Manage cross-functional treasury operations and banking relationships
- Drive process automation initiatives using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor finance team members and establish departmental best practices
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Expert knowledge of SEC regulations and IFRS/GAAP standards
- Proven experience managing finance teams of 5+ professionals
- SAP/Oracle implementation and optimization experience
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA from Tier 1 institution
- Big 4 public accounting background preferred
