Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support long-term business objectives.
- Supervise the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal tax filings and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience in a high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in GAAP and financial regulatory standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
