Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end closing processes for $5B+ portfolio
- Develop and implement advanced financial modeling for M&A transactions
- Lead SOX 404 compliance initiatives and internal controls framework
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic financial planning and forecasting
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8+ finance professionals
- Drive digital transformation in financial reporting systems
- Present financial insights to Board of Directors and investors
Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification required (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in finance with 5+ in senior leadership
- Expertise in SEC reporting and IFRS/GAAP standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI
- Proven track record in financial restructuring and M&A
- Experience managing global multi-currency operations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
