Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including G/L, A/P, A/R, and payroll.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard corporate assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual filings.
- Provide strategic analysis of financial performance to inform executive decision-making.
- Manage treasury operations and cash flow forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA designation highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public audit.
- Expert-level proficiency in GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience in a multi-currency or international business environment is a plus.
