Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for multiple business units, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive operational improvements.
- Develop complex financial models to support capital budgeting, M&A activities, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Streamline accounting processes and implement best practices to enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred).
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a significant plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
