Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Conduct internal control testing and SOX compliance documentation
- Manage client relationships and deliver actionable financial insights
- Supervise junior accountants and provide technical guidance
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA license required
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Deep understanding of SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record in audit planning and execution
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills
