Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to create accurate annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on business performance metrics and present findings to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
