Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis and present performance reports to senior leadership and board members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify revenue opportunities and optimize operational costs.
- Oversee the monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring strict adherence to GAAP standards.
- Perform deep-dive market research to support investment decisions and competitive positioning.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and regulatory filings.
- Streamline financial reporting workflows using automation tools and advanced Excel techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- CFA or CPA designation is a strong plus.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
