Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and maintain annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls and reporting standards.
- Present financial data and findings to the executive team in clear, compelling presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly desired.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic recommendations.
