Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and manage quarterly rolling forecasts with high accuracy.
- Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models to assess project ROI, capital expenditures, and profitability scenarios.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed variance analysis reports comparing actuals to forecasts and present insights to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting workflows and enhance data integrity.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with department heads to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable financial recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA or CPA designation is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
