Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting to support annual budgets and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and monthly/quarterly financial reports for the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor financial performance, and economic indicators to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize capital allocation and streamline operational workflows.
- Assist in the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and complex investment opportunities.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, macros, VBA) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
