Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles including P&L analysis and variance explanations
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform investment strategies
- Present complex financial data to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Streamline financial processes by implementing automation solutions and best practices
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal control frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or investment accounting
- Expert proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and macros
- Hands-on experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to C-suite executives
