Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation methodologies
- Expertise in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial analytics platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations, GAAP, and international financial reporting standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives
- Proven track record of managing high-impact financial projects under tight deadlines
- CFA Charterholder or CPA certification strongly preferred
