Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring strict alignment with company goals.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Oversee general ledger reconciliation and ensure strict compliance with GAAP standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/CMA preferred).

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
