Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to create actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across multiple business units
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for scenario planning and valuation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and operational efficiency
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and controls
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Query) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience with M&A financial due diligence and integration processes
